Cisco 877W-G-E-K9 is a wireless router with 4 integrated switches. Cisco 877W-G-E-K9 Wireless Cable Router is designed to have data transfer speed of 54Mbps. The greater the data transfer speed, the greater will be the amount of data transmitted. It is measured as Mega bytes per second. If the data transmission speed is less then it would take more time for the data to download and at the same instance, computer takes a lot of time to respond.
It comes with 320m indoor wireless range and with security features like firewall protection, which scans the information that is transferred. It comes with 128MB RAM expandable up to 256MB. The frequency band is 2.4GHz and has external power adaptor device. About 20 users can use the wireless router in network. It also comes with LED indicators. Cisco 877W-G-E-K9 Wireless Modem Router is available with a dimension of 26cm (W) x 23.2cm (D) x 5.1cm (H) and weighs about 1Kg.
