Cisco WRT110 RangePlus Wireless Router is an external wireless router with integrated 4 port switch. It supports wired and wireless connectivity technology. This internet-sharing router is with a built in speed and range enhanced Wireless Access Point. It has MIMO smart antenna technology which captures faint signals for extended range and reduced dead spots. The unit features 54 Mbps Modem Max Downstream.
This wireless router is much faster than Wireless-G when connected to Wireless-N, but also works great with Wireless-G and Wireless-B devices. The data link protocols of the system are Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, IEEE 802.11b and IEEE 802.11g. Ethernet is the switching protocol; TCP/IP, PPTP, UDP/IP, L2TP, IPSec, PPPoE, DHCP and DNS are the network transport protocols of the system. This router has RIP and static IP routing protocols and HTTP, HTTPS remote management protocols.
The system has RADIUS, Radio Service Set ID authentication methods. AES, 128-bit WEP, 256-bit WEP, TKIP, WPA, WPA2, WPA-Enterprise, WPA2-Enterprise are the encryption algorithm of the router. Network - Ethernet 10Base-T/100Base-TX - RJ-45 (WAN) and 4 network - Ethernet 10Base-T/100Base-TX - RJ-45 are the interfaces included.
