This smart wireless router consists of an integrated 4 port switch and supports a frequency band of 2.4 GHz. It supports both wired and wireless connectivity technology. The supported data link protocol includes Ethernet, ATM, Fast Ethernet, IEEE 802.11b, PPP and IEEE 802.11g. It is provided with Ethernet switching protocol. The supported Network/Transport protocol includes TCP/IP, PPTP, UDP/IP, L2TP and IPSec. In addition it meets the compliant standards of IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.1D, IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g and IEEE 801.1p. It supports SNMP 1, SNMP 2 and HTTP Remote management protocol.

It is provided with ADSL2 and ADSL 2+ digital signalling protocol. It transfers data at the rate of 24 Mbps. The specifications and protocols include ITU G.992.1 (G.DMT), ITU G.992.3 (G.DMT.bis), ITU G.992.5 Annex M and ITU G.992.5 Annex L.
