A wireless router facilitates internet connection without the mess of cables and wires. Draytek Vigor 2820Vn White Wireless Router is an external device which comes with a 3-port switch. Improved range and signalling is possible with 3 external detachable Antenna with 2.5dBi gain level. The built in devices of the unit are print server and radio access point.
The digital signalling protocols supported are ADSL, ADSL2 and ADSL2+. With data link protocol support of Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g and IEEE 802.11n (draft 2.0), the routing protocols are RIP-2 and static IP routing, while the Network / Transport Protocols are PPTP, L2TP, IPSec, PPPoE, PPPoA, AAL5, DHCP and DNS. The Remote Management Protocols include SNMP, Telnet, HTTP, HTTPS and SSH.
