Hercules HWNR-300 Wireless Router is an enhanced router 
which provides simple and secure network connection at the push of a button. It has a unique design and mobile multi-position antennas for offering maximum performance. This is an external router with 4 LAN ports and a maximum band width of 300Mbps.This bandwidth allows the users to broadcast HD movies, music, to surf internet and even play online games at the same time without time lag.
This Hercules wireless router is compatible with Wi-Fi standards like 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n. It supports wireless LAN and has Ethernet WAN port like other routers. It is PPPoE as well as WMM compatible. It has 3 antennas which are removable. The unit has 64 bit WEP, 128 bit WEP and WPA and WPA2 security. It has WLAN MAC filtering too. The data link protocols are Ethernet, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g and IEEE 802.11n. This router offers remote management with specific IP/ port, DHCP server, URL blocking and put forwarding/ virtual servers. DMZ, DNS client, UPNP, discard ping from WAN and VPN pass through are the extra features of this wireless router. It offers QoS upstream limitation, down stream limitation and QoS prioritizing programs as well.
LAN to LAN throughput of the unit is 93.97Mbits/s and WAN to LAN throughput is 90.77Mbits/s. The Hercules HWNR-300 300 Mbps Wireless Router supports Intel Pentium III / AMD Athlon or compatible processor, 64 MB RAM, CD-ROM drive, Windows XP / Vista (32 & 64 bits) and 50 MB of hard drive space for installing software. It has a secure and easy setup feature and the Hercules WiFi manager N software provides an intuitive and user friendly interface for setting up and using this router. The dimensions of the router are 115 x 205 x 265 mm and its weight is 1.1 Kg. Accessories included are 3 screw-type antennas, power cable, Ethernet cable, quick start-up guide and installation CD-ROM.
